You can return the item for exchange or refund; however I do ask that you cover the cost of return shipping. 

Your item must be returned within 14 days, be unused and in the same condition you received it (re-saleable).

Once I have received your returned item to check condition; please allow 3-5 business days for your exchange or refund to be processed.
